After 25 years of catering experience I have landed here with Urban Canvas since 2009. I have executed events ranging from 50 to 5,000 guests in various locations in the city of St. Louis working side by side with venues, chefs and vendors in the industry. Each one of these events has given me the knowledge and expertise to execute any special occasion. I particularly enjoy being able to express my background in art and food by designing buffet displays and creating menus.
Josh grew up on the island of Maui and spent the portion of his youth when he was not surfing or skateboarding, cooking in some of Hawaii’s finest restaurants. Here he gained a broad culinary knowledge encompassing European, Asian and American techniques. Bobbi uses this knowledge and experience to bring unique and inventive menus to your event.
I have been fortunate enough to start my time with Urban Canvas in June of 2013! I am a graduate of The University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Interior Design, but a passion for events. My greatest joy is being able to work one on one with clients to make their individual dreams come true. Whether it is a corporate party for 50 or a wedding for 400 I am dedicated to making each event a priority. I believe that customer service and organization are key objectives of special event planning and that following through will all details is very important.
